Paul Gettings CEM

Paul is the Energy & Sustainable Operations lead for J&J facilities in the Americas, reporting into the Engineering & Property Services department, and is based in New Brunswick, NJ. Paul is accountable for developing programs and projects which will enable J&J facilities to achieve their public climate objectives, namely 100% renewable electricity by 2025 and net zero emissions by 2045.

Paul joined J&J in 2011 and has been involved in various aspects of the energy program throughout, including establishment of J&J’s climate policy and goals, internal and external engagement, developing energy efficiency projects, and contracting renewable electricity for J&J sites globally.

Paul holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering and a Master of Business Administration, both from Rutgers University.
