??Paulette leads J&J’s strategy to advance positive environmental impact
across the company’s operations, products and value chain, and for
partnerships and solutions for a more sustainable healthcare sector. She
also oversees the company’s workplace safety programs and the company’s enterprise-wide human rights program.
Ms. Frank has been with J&J for 29 years. Before being appointed Chief Sustainability Officer she served as J&J’s Vice President, Global Environmental Health, Safety & Sustainability. She is a passional advocate for developing next generation talent, both inside and outside of J&J. Within the company, she is proud to serve as the Executive Sponsor of the youth pillar of J&J’s winning in stem (WiSTEM²D) initiative as well as the Executive Sponsor of the company’s Global Operations Leadership Development (GOLD) program. She was selected to Entrepreneur Magazine’s 100 Women of Impact in 2021 and named a “Top 100 Woman in Sustainability” by Sustainability Magazine between 2022–2025.
Ms. Frank earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from Duke University and her Master of Environmental Studies degree from Yale University’s School of the Environment.
