Rajeev Udumula

Rajeev Udumula is a biotechnology engineer specializing in the design, execution, and optimization of large-scale pharmaceutical facilities. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Biochemical Engineering from the University of California, Berkeley, providing a strong technical foundation for his career in the life sciences.
Rajeev started his career and still currently works at Genentech/Roche as a Process Equipment Engineer. He has supported operational success of both GMP drug substance and drug product manufacturing facilities. His experience spans the entire facility lifecycle—from providing critical plant engineering support for established operations to acting as the equipment engineer for the start-up of multiple new facilities. Rajeev has also been involved in retrofits of existing buildings, ensuring that both clinical and commercial production environments meet the highest standards of efficiency and regulatory compliance.
