Raymond Doyle is a Managing Principal and the National Science and Technology Practice Leader at WB Engineers+Consultants. He advises on all science and technology design projects and manages the firm’s corporate science and technology accounts.
Ray was one of the contributors to The National Institutes of Health (NIH) Design Requirements Manual (DRM) which established policy, design requirements, and standards for life science design projects. He shared data from research and tests as well as from numerous years of specialized experience and lessons learned, which were incorporated into this technical resource.
His experience includes engineering and consulting support to two of the largest manufacturers of the COVID vaccine. He has also led the design of more the 1,000,000 sq. ft. of FDA lab spaces.
Ray earned a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering at the University of Maryland. He is a licensed professional engineer and a LEED Accredited Professional. He is a previous recipient of an ASHRAE Technology Award.
