Regina Donaldson

Regina Donaldson holds a BS in Mechanical Engineering and an MS in Chemical Engineering from the University of Dayton She currently serves as Site Engineering/ Sustainability Lead and Site Energy Manager . Regina has more than 19 years of experience at Bayer, with responsibilities spanning infrastructure and utilities, corporate internal audit, and sustainability. Her professional background includes work in the automotive, biotechnology/pharmaceutical, and legal industries. Her interests include continuous learning in emerging technologies and scientific topics, mentoring and coaching others in professional development, and watching international programs.
