Richard Sanderson is a Regional Operations Director for IPS – Integrated Project Services, and has 28 years of Construction Management experience both in the UK and the US, and 25 years of Life Science industry experience in the US. Mr. Sanderson has a depth of experience in the management of large and complex construction projects, and leadership of EPCM teams. Mr. Sanderson has an interest in progressive EPCM delivery models utilizing Lean processes to drive performance.
