Rob Roman

Rob has over 20 years experience within the Biotechnology and Cell & Gene Therapy industry. Rob has held various roles in Manufacturing, Planning & Scheduling, Learning and Quality across 5 manufacturing sites around the world and global roles supporting the global manufacturing network at Roche/Genentech. Most recently he has been working to bring individualized ATMP products into Roche and to help build and start up the first internal manufacturing site for individualized ATMP production.
