Roger Ouimet

Roger leads CAI's Global Program and Project Management Business Area. He is an experienced Program Manager and Operational Readiness Project Manager, with extensive background in implementing small to large-scale capital expansion projects in Formulation, Filling, Packaging and QC Labs, as well as across entire facilities for New Product Introduction and the associated Commissioning, Qualification, and Validation (CQV) deliverables and processes to support planning and execution. With 16 years of pharmaceutical industry experience, he has managed the entire change management life cycle, including design, problem solving, implementation, and optimization and has consistently utilized project management tools and processes that drive revenue and achieve operational results. Additionally, he spent 30 years Active and Reserve in the US Navy, filling seven Command and additional unit, staff and global leadership roles. He is the co-lead of ISPE’s Sustainability COP Subcommittee on Disclosure, Organization, and Culture (DOC).
