Roland has held a variety of roles across both Janssen Sciences Ireland and Janssen Pharmaceutical. Previous roles cover Operations, Quality and Technical Operations.
Prior to Janssen, Roland worked in Ireland for Eli Lilly & Pfizer and in the US for Biogen & Eli Lilly. Roland earned his BEng Chemical & Process Engineering from Munster Technological University (formerly Cork Institute of Technology, CIT) and is presently the Industry Chair for the South West Regional Skills (Dept. of Education), Development & Deployment of new Validation modules in Munster Technological University (MTU) and University College Cork (UCC).
Roland lives in Carrigaline, Cork, Ireland with his wife, Irene.
