Rosa Manso

Rosa is Site Head of the Lilly Sesto manufacturing facility (Italy) since August 2026. Rosa began her career with Lilly in 2001 and has held roles of increasing responsibility across Engineering, Supply Chain, Lean Six Sigma, Device Assembly & Packaging, Oral Dosage Form and Parenteral Operations. Her career has included assignments across different geographies, including Spain, Indianapolis, France and North Carolina. Most recently, Rosa served as Site Head for Lilly's Concord manufacturing facility in North Carolina. She led the site from its greenfield origins to a fully operational, parenteral manufacturing, device assembly, packaging, and laboratory testing facility — growing the team to more than 900 employees and achieving one of the fastest Lilly site startups. A native of Spain, Rosa holds a bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering from Universidad Politécnica de Madrid and an MBA from IE Business School.
