His expertise covers the entire visual inspection lifecycle, from initial feasibility studies and equipment design to the full-scale qualification and implementation of over thirty automated inspection machines worldwide. Ryan has in-depth technical knowledge in developing novel inspection algorithms, establishing robust defect reference libraries, and navigating complex regulatory standards such as USP <790>/<1790>, and EU GMP Annex 1.
