Susan Finger

Susan Finger has nearly a decade of experience in Life Sciences and Process Industries, combining expertise in creating digital twins of business processes with practical knowledge gained from roles in MedTech and precious metal processing. She began her career in 2016 working on projects in regulated environments and, by 2019, expanded her focus to digital transformation initiatives. Since joining SAP Deutschland in 2022, she has supported organizations in addressing regulatory complexity and driving digital transformation across hybrid IT landscapes. In early 2025, she stepped into a customer advisory role, concentrating on designing fit-for-purpose architectures that foster innovation while ensuring compliance for the Life Sciences Industry. Susan holds a master’s degree in operations management with a specialization in business and industrial engineering from the ESB Reutlingen. Her background spans multiple industries, enabling her to address complex technical and regulatory challenges.
