Taylor Hill

With extensive experience in quality control, laboratory design, and materials management across the pharmaceutical industries, Taylor Hill currently serves as Director - QC Design Lead at Lilly. In this role, Taylor leads the design and startup of laboratory facilities, ensuring coordination between engineering, utilities, and manufacturing operations. Previously, Taylor held several leadership positions at Elanco, including Materials Management Advisor and QA/QC Manager, overseeing supply chain processes, managing audits, supporting electronic system launches, and guiding Quality Assurance teams. Earlier in her career, Taylor contributed as a Process Engineer with Elanco and as a Process Development Engineer for a biotech start up, supporting manufacturing from large-scale fermentation projects to creation of clinical study materials. Her background combines hands-on engineering expertise with strategic oversight of quality and safety initiatives, enabling successful product launches and operational excellence.
