Tim Lash

Tim Lash is a Process Engineer with extensive experience designing and implementing single-use systems for biologics, cell therapy, gene therapy, and continuous manufacturing facilities. He currently works at PM Group, where he has supported clients across North America and Europe in achieving manufacturing readiness. Tim’s technical expertise includes single-use architecture design, disposables standardization, aseptic processing, equipment design and vendor management. His project experience spans both retrofit and greenfield facilities, as well as accelerated tech-transfer projects. He has served as lead or owner’s engineer on projects involving multi-product facilities requiring high operational flexibility. Prior to joining PM Group, Tim spent seven years leading engineering projects in manufacturing environments, providing him with a strong foundation in practical execution and cross-functional collaboration.
