I have over 20 years of experience in the biotechnology industry and hold a degree in Biochemistry from UCLA. I am currently the Senior Director of Site Management Services at Bayer Pharmaceuticals, leading Facilities Management, Site Services, Security, Capital Project Management, and Engineering Documentation. My career at Bayer has spanned roles of increasing responsibility across Production, Project Management, Business Analysis and Services, Manufacturing IT, Quality and Engineering.
