Stephan Gschwind is Managing Director at Maropack AG, in Zell, Switzerland. Maropack AG belongs to Rommelag CMO a Division of the Rommelag Group (www.rommelag.com).
Mr. Gschwind holds a Master’s Degree in Chemistry from the Berne University of Applied Sciences. After these studies, whilst working in several pharmaceutical SME’s as production manager, he acquired his Degree of Executive Master of Corporate Management, also in Berne. In 2005 he changed to Maropack AG, first as Head of Production and since 2013 as Head of Development and Deputy General Manager. Since 2017 he took over the full responsibility as Managing Director. In this time he had a leading role in the development of cool BFS; the filling of heat sensitive products with the Blow-Fill-Seal technology. Since 2014 Maropack has a license for filling biological products with Blow-Fill-Seal up to BioSafetyLevel 2.
