Noel Heaney

Noel started his career with Bristol Myers Squibb in 1993. He has operated as General Manager of the Cruiserath Biologics Campus for the last five years, and in 2020 Noel was also appointed Executive Director, EU Biologics.

With over 27 years’ experience on both the Development and Commercial Manufacturing sides of the business, spanning both small and large molecules, Noel has held various roles within the Global Product Development and Supply unit of Bristol Myers Squibb including; Executive Director Technical Transfer Governance, Executive Director of the Biologics Network Strategy and General Manager API Operations Ireland.

While starting his career in Dublin, Ireland, Noel has worked in the United States for a number of years. This included two years in the Syracuse, New York site and seven years at the New Brunswick, New Jersey site.
