Michalle Adkins ME

Michalle Adkins, Director Life Sciences Consulting, has been with Emerson for 15 years. She and her team use their varied experiences to work with pharmaceutical and biotech companies to provide consulting services for digital plant maturity assessments, technology road map planning, solutions business justification, and projects definition. Prior to Emerson, she worked for Merck & Co., Inc for 13 years in instrumentation, automation, manufacturing automation support, computer validation, manufacturing, and scheduling and planning. Ms. Adkins has a B.S. in Chemical Engineering and an M.E. in Industrial Engineering from The Pennsylvania State University as well as a Six Sigma Black Belt Master’s Certificate from Villanova University. She has been a speaker at several conferences including Interphex, IFPAC, CBI MES, FDA Quality Systems and Six Sigma, ISPE Puerto Rico, and Emerson Global Users Exchange. She has published articles in several magazines including: Life Science Leader, BioProcess Int’l, Chemical Engineering, and Chemical Engineering Progress.
