Masahiro Kondo

Completed the master degree of mechanical and physical engineering at Tokyo Institute of Technology in 2000 and joined Procter & Gamble (P & G) Japan in the same year. Joined Takeda Pharmaceutical Company Limited in 2011, worked for the construction and launch of a new packaging building, engaged in the industrialization of domestic and overseas pharmaceutical packaging and the introduction of the latest robots, automation and digital technologies to manufacturing sites. Took a new role of Senior Director of inspection and packaging department in 2020 and continue to today.
