Kevin Gadient

Kevin Gadient is a key member of the Site Leadership Team at the Emergent BioSolutions site in Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada. With a professional background in Chemical Engineering and years in operations-based management roles, he is the Director of Manufacturing Sciences & Technology. His department is responsible for Technology Transfer activities (drug substance, drug product & analytical Technology Transfer), Process Validation and Process Engineering. Kevin Gadient successfully led the implementation of the Vanrx SA25 aseptic workcell at Emergent BioSolutions, which achieved the world’s first regulatory approval from both Health Canada and the FDA for filling commercial, biological products onto this new technology. Kevin demonstrates a unique balance of driving results for his organization while being a leader focused on the development & personal growth of his team members. Whenever possible (and outside of a pandemic environment), Kevin continues to create & perform music with the rock band he started in high school.
