Global (bio)pharma team leader with expertise in global regulatory affairs, supply chain, packaging and artwork, business partnering projects, with strong focus on operational excellence, process management, organizational (change) management with global, cross-functional teams. Demonstrated ability to lead, navigate and influence in a global matrix environment and across international markets. Current mission consists of building and implementing strategies intended to support transversal business objectives : delivering packaging and labeling (artwork) excellence for UCB’s development solutions and commercial products across all therapeutic areas, aiming at elevating the patient experience making a difference in patients' lives.
