Daniel Swanson

Daniel Swanson is an experienced process engineer with a demonstrated history of working on projects of all sizes across the biotech and pharmaceutical industries. He earned his bachelors of science in chemical engineering from Michigan State University in 2011, holds a professional engineering license in the state of North Carolina, and is currently an MBA candidate at North Carolina State University Jenkins School of Management. At IPS, his role has been focused on process and facility design for cell and gene therapy projects. He has helped clients navigate the complicated issues that surround gene and cell therapy projects such as multi-product segregation, small batch size, operator safety, manual manipulations, biosafety levels, and the need for future flexibility. His diverse background that lends itself to project coordination and a focus on value-added design.
