For the past 15 years, Kara Kirby has concentrated on how humans interact in business, leadership development, and teams. She worked inside thriving organizations leading teams and developing programs that propelled cultures to award-winning levels. She now works with organizations worldwide to do the same and hosts a podcast about work and leadership. She is a Texas native that resides in North Carolina with her husband and two boys.
