Manager Design & Sustain – MAKE, Johnson & Johnson

Armando is the Global eCMMS Business Owner for Johnson & Johnson (J&J). He is responsible to provide strategic and technical leadership to sustain existing and new J&J sites. He also leads the global community of functional experts and super users to drive business process standardization, identify areas of improvements, innovation and best practices across regions. As part of recent initiatives, Armando seeks new technologies and digital solutions to improve efficiency and effectiveness in the field of maintenance (predictive maintenance, machine connectivity, digital worker, etc.). Including defining business cases for implementation and validation. Armando has spent more than 20 years in different roles supporting manufacturing engineering, automation and more recently eCMMS areas. Within J&J he has supported all sectors (Pharma, Medical Devices and Consumer) and all geographies. Armando holds a bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering and an MBA.
