Gitte Bjørg Windfeldt is Head of Data Science, Digital Transformation & Technology, PSQIT TEC in Novo Nordisk A/S. This unit is a central data science unit established to strengthen and mature general use of data science and machine learning in Product Supply. Gitte has 20 years’ of experience in the pharmaceutical industry and have extensive experience with using data science in production. Recently, she has been spearheading the development and implementation of deep learning detection algorithms in visual product inspection of filled cartridges. Gitte holds a PhD in Statistics from the Technical University of Denmark and a MSc in Mathematics from the University of Copenhagen.
