Ms. Mei Kuen Ong

Michie’s current responsibilities included development of global policies and procedures to support the manufacture of cell & gene therapy products at WuXi Advanced Therapies, and managing the compliance operations at Philadelphia site. Prior to her current position, she had 16 years of clinical and commercial biologics operations experience in the areas of quality assurance, quality system, compliance audit, health authority inspection and lean manufacturing in different geographical locations. In her earlier career days, she spent 4 years in laboratories research in National University of Singapore. Michie has a Bachelor Degree in Biotechnology from University of Monash, Australia.
