Nidhi C. Shah

Nidhi has over 31 years of extensive experience in Pharma industry and 15 plus years in Sanofi. She is a result-oriented leader with extensive knowledge of Business, management and operations in the pharmaceutical industry. She is a resourceful and innovative leader with a broad knowledge of Operations and Quality Control. Nidhi graduated with an Executive MBA in Business Administration and Management and has her Bachelor of Science degree in Microbiology/ Chemistry. She is certified in Managing Clean Rooms and Controlled Environments, and in Medical Laboratory Technology.

Nidhi has created operation teams focused on product development, quality assurance, core & control of processes while enhancing quality of operations. She has participated in successful audits of health authorities from around the world. Nidhi is a Director of Aseptic Process SME at Sanofi Pasteur and an Aseptic Processing trainer at Parenteral Drug Association (PDA). She is currently representing United States as a US Delegate for revision of ISO 14644-5. Nidhi serves as an active member of Leadership committee of WISE (Women Inspiring Sanofi Excellence) which provides career enrichment and development for women at all professional levels while driving diversity and inclusion and creating a sustainable and competitive advantage for Sanofi. She is also the Board member and Chairperson for Women-In-Pharma (WIP) for ISPE NJ chapter.
