Mrs. Lineke PELLEBOER

Lineke is an energetic people-oriented Biotech-Pharmaceutical leader with an entrepreneurial mindset. Traveller at heart. She has worked for 15 years in the Biotech and Pharmaceutical industry. She has proven expertise in Research, Engineering and in Operations. As a Black Belt she is specialized in delivering optimized organizational and manufacturing processes. Currently she works as an independent contractor for different companies (ao Johnson&Johnson, BBio and Kite Pharma). Lineke leads by example, with passion, purpose and positive energy. She had several board positions in the past. She raised an student Association during her study and was active in the board of the KNCV, EYCN (European Young Chemist Network) and the Young Innovators of Medicines. Lineke is vice president of ISPE Netherlands. She thinks this is the perfect way to connect pharmaceutical professionals. Going to events will help to stay updated on the next generation process technologies and innovative technical solutions but also broadens your network. The main focus of Lineke will be woman in pharma. It is proven that Diversity has a positive impact on organizational performance.
