Jila Breeze is the SVP, Global Head of Quality & Compliance at Sun Pharma since 2015. Her focus is on ensuring the highest standard of quality systems, as well as harmonization of all processes, policies, and QMS with one Quality governance structure to promote sustainable Quality Culture globally across the entire life cycle management of products starting in R&D development to the production and markets to meet all Regulatory commitments and customer, needs to provide quality products to the patients. ?
She has over 29 years of leadership experience in the pharmaceutical industry. Her expertise covers areas of quality, regulatory compliance, strategic planning, risk management. She has extensive hands-on experience in Executive Management internationally. ?
She started her Pharma career in Ciba Geigy and since then has held several global leadership positions at Novartis ( a Swiss company) and Apotex ( a Canadian Company) prior to joining SUN Pharma the Number one Generic company in India. ?
She holds aB.S & Postgrad degrees in Organic Chemistry from United States.
