Gained aseptic manufacturing experience in global top-tier pharma companies and leading global sales and marketing teams in the primary component sector, he also has many years of experience in negotiating and establishing outsourcing partnerships. Rutger holds a Master in Medical Nuclear Sciences and a Master in Nuclear Power Plant Control from the Limburg University in Belgium.
