Jennifer Cheung

Ms. Cheung has a diverse background and wealth of experience in Pharmaceutical Quality and Compliance, along with extensive knowledge in quality control, quality assurance, GMP compliance audit, health authority inspection, business interpretation of GMP regulations and requirements for United States, EU, China and Asia Pacific countries, and the design and start-up of QC lab for parenteral manufacturing. She spent a number of years working in the western US and in Singapore, and she managed team members located in US, Argentina, Switzerland, Germany, Singapore and China. Ms. Cheung has joined WuXi Advanced Therapies after 27 years with Genentech and Roche, most recently holding the position of Senior Director & Head of External Relations Asia Pacific & Global Compliance Business Solutions. She also held positions as the Director & Head of GMP Compliance Audit, Associate Director & Head of Quality Control at Roche Singapore Tech Operations, Associate Director & Head of Quality Control at Genentech Hillsboro Tech Operations, Senior Manager of Quality Control Microbiology at Genentech South San Francisco, among others. Ms. Cheung has a B.S. degree in Microbiology from San Francisco State University and an M.S. degree in Manufacturing Management from Golden Gate University. She also completed a certification program in Clinical Trials Design and Management from UC Santa Cruz.
