Ms. Heike Roeder

Heike Roeder is Vice President of Quality Assurance for the International Business Groups (IBG) at Cencora. She leads the Quality Management System for global businesses like World Courier logistics, Alliance Healthcare wholesale and pharmacy, and 3PL services. Guided by her principle, “patient in the center,” Heike is transforming quality into a business enabler by driving innovation, operational excellence, digital transformation, and customer focus. With over 20 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry and consulting, Heike has held senior roles in digital transformation, production, supply chain, clinical trial supply, learning, and quality management. She is recognized as a leader in Quality 4.0, with a proven track record in transforming enterprise-wide Quality Management Systems into data-driven, process-focused models, while fostering organizational development. Heike has been an active contributor to ISPE for many years and now serves as Industry Advisor for the Pharma 4.0 Community of Practice (COP). She holds a Pharmacy degree from the University of Düsseldorf, Germany, and certifications as a Lean Sigma Green Belt and Change Coach for systemic changes. As a keynote speaker at the Pharma 4.0 ISPE Congress 2025 in Barcelona, Heike will explore the vital role of the supply chain "from plant to patient" and how digitalization can improve patient access. Heike brings in a wealth experience from 20 years in the Pharma Industry and consulting in senior positions, such as commercial production, clinical trial supply, knowledge management, organizational development, innovation and strategy, and quality management. She is recognized as industry influencer for Quality 4.0 demonstrating impressive results in several successful transformations of enterprise-wide QMS towards a data-driven process-orientated QMS, including development of industry-novel digital applications. With her expertise, Heike has been an active contributor for the ISPE since many years, and is now industry advisory for the Pharma 4.0 COP. She graduated from the University of Düsseldorf (Germany) with a degree in Pharmacy and is certified as Lean Sigma Green Belt and as Change Coach for systemic changes.
