Chris Schwartz is a Senior Consultant at L.E.K. Consulting dedicated to life science management consulting. His current responsibilities are focused primarily on market assessments, due diligence, and go-to-market strategies for biopharmaceutical products and equipment (e.g., sterile filling, bioprocessing, diagnostics, etc.). Prior to his current role, Chris spent 3 years as a management consultant at Blue Matter and 5 years in various Project Management and Process Engineering roles supporting drug substance and drug product manufacturing at Bayer and Pfizer. He has extensive experience supporting strategic capital investments including a major drug product capacity expansion as well as other GMP construction projects. His diverse experience supporting capital projects includes business case development, financial modeling, construction management, equipment procurement, equipment & facility design review, and equipment startup / validation. Chris’ unique perspective provides a link between the commercial and the supply side of the business that maximizes value for clients, shareholders, and patients.
