Todd A. Rumsey

Todd Rumsey is a Discipline Specialist for the Jacobs Advanced Facilities / Life Science Division. Mr. Rumsey has over 20 years of multi-discipline design experience in the biopharma industry, and his design experiences span across the process, process simulation, automation, and validation disciplines. His skill set is particularly focused on the areas of mRNA/LNP, bulk biologics, gene therapy and cell therapy manufacturing applications. In addition, Mr. Rumsey has experience in the design and operation of bulk biologics equipment and has expertise in both the optimization of process systems and utilities through computer simulation and the design of intelligent software tools. He has brought this experience to bear on numerous ground-breaking and innovative biopharma facilities across the world.
